Reorder PDF Pages
See every page of a PDF as a thumbnail and drag them into a new order — and rotate or remove pages as you go.

How to use this tool
- Choose a PDF; thumbnails appear.
- Drag pages into order, or use ← and → buttons.
- ⟳ rotates a page and ✕ removes it. Then select Save new PDF.
How it works
Thumbnails are drawn with pdf.js. The new PDF is built with pdf-lib by copying the pages you kept in the new order and setting their rotation — page content is not re-compressed.

Privacy and limitations
- Your files are processed on your device and never uploaded.
- Thumbnails are shown for up to 300 pages.

Will quality change?
No — pages are copied as they are, without re-compression.
Can I reorder by typing page numbers?
Yes, with Extract PDF Pages, where 3, 1, 2 puts page 3 first.
