Merge PDF
Join two or more PDF files into a single document — contracts and appendices, scanned pages, or reports — and set the order before you merge.
Result
Add two or more PDFs, put them in order and select Merge.
How to use this tool
- Choose or drag in two or more PDFs. You can add more files at any time.
- Use the arrows to put the files in order, and ✕ to remove one.
- Select Merge PDFs and download merged.pdf.
How it works
Every page of each file is copied, in order, into a new PDF. Page content is copied as it is — text stays selectable and nothing is re-compressed, so quality is unchanged.
Example
Report and appendix
A 2-page cover letter followed by a 3-page report gives a 5-page PDF: the letter’s pages 1–2, then the report’s pages 1–3.
Privacy and limitations
- Your PDF is processed on your device and is never uploaded.
- Up to 50 files of up to 100 MB each.
- Bookmarks (outlines), fillable form fields and document-level settings from the original files are not carried over.
- Password-protected (encrypted) PDFs cannot be opened. Remove the protection in the program that created the file first.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit. Very large documents depend on your device’s memory; most computers and phones handle hundreds of pages.
Will the quality change?
No. Pages are copied without re-compression.
