By using FigureKind (“the site”), operated by the operator of FigureKind, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the calculators and tools
The calculators and tools are provided free of charge for general information, education and everyday work. Results depend on what you enter and on the method and assumptions described on each page. You are responsible for checking that a calculator or tool suits your purpose and for any decisions you make using its results. Please read the disclaimer.
Your files and content
Files, text and data you use with the tools are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You must have the right to use any content you process, and you remain responsible for it and for the files the tools create. Keep copies of your originals.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the calculators and tools accurate, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or continuously available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access its administration area without permission, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and code are owned by the operator of FigureKind or its licensors. You may share links to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Mathematical formulas themselves are not owned by anyone. Some tools include open-source components, which remain under their own licences.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to or include services from third parties, such as advertising. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
